How long does the experience take?
Most people finish all 5 sessions across one or two focused weekends. Each session takes about an hour, and you can pause and come back anytime. Your progress saves automatically.
Is this self-paced or live?
Self-paced. Most people finish in a few focused sittings. And every month you can bring whatever you're working on to live Office Hours with me.
What if I get stuck?
